Health Reform is Still a Law

The Kaiser Family Foundation recently conducted a poll in which they asked Americans if they believed President Obama's health care reform law had been repealed, or if it was still in effect. Amazingly, nearly half of the respondents thought the law had been successfully repealed, or they simply weren't sure.

To clear this up, several news outlets are reporting on the story, reminding the American people that the federal health care law is still a law.


Though the House, led by a strong Republican majority, voted to repeal the health care law earlier this year, the Democrat-led Senate rejected the bill several weeks ago.
